She was the first child of Charles Woodson Seeley and Virginia Grace Moore and had four siblings, Henry Woodson Seeley (born 1905), Ernest Sherwin Seeley (born 1909), John Reed Seeley (born 1912) and Della Dale Seeley (born 1914).
Pearl married Orrin David Olds on July 16, 1924. They were married for forty-four years and they had five children: Jack Dale Olds (born 1925), Virginia Ann Olds (born 1930), Wanda Dee Olds (1933), David Charles Olds (1940) & Kathleen Rene Olds (born 1948).
Pearl died on April 6, 2007 in Bakersfield, Kern County, California. Pearl was 102 years old.
