Virginia Grace Moore was born on May 20, 1881, in Saticoy, Ventura County, California. She was the second child of George Henry Moore and Maria Sostanes Flores and had one sibling: Nathan Washington Moore (born 1879).
Virginia married Charles Woodson Seeley in Saticoy in 1904. They were married for fifty-seven years and had five children: Pearl Moore Seeley (born 1904), Henry Woodson Seeley (born 1905), Ernest Sherwin Seeley (born 1909), John Reed Seeley (born 1912), and Della Dale Seeley (born 1914)
Virginia died on December 17, 1983, in Bakersfield, Kern County, California. Virginia was 102 years old. She is buried next to her husband Charles in the Blue Mountain Cemetery, Woody, Kern County, California.
