George T. Wallace was born in California on September 28, 1874.  He was the son of James Marion Wallace and Urith "Bouse" Wallace and had one siblings: James Dennis (born 1876).  He also had a half-sibling, William James Cooper (born 1872) from his mothers previous marriage to James Monroe Cooper.

George T. married Elise Hannah Johnson about 1908, and  they had four children:  Vernon Gerald (born 1909), June Rose (born 1916), Lovell Ray (born 1920) and Dale Winton (born 1928).

In 1907, George filed a land patent claim with U.S. Government, for 160-acres land pursuant to the Homestead Act of 1862.  He successfully completed all the requirements of the application and was issued the Land Patent #132550 on August 19, 1912.  The 160-acre parcel was the Northeast Quarter of Section, in the Township 25 South of Range 29 East, of the Mount Diablo Meridian.  The ranch is about xxx miles north on the Blue Mountain Road

The Wallace family lived on their ranch off the Blud Mountain Road until 1928, where they moved back to the Saticoy area and lived on the Duval Ranch just north of of Saticoy.  

George died on August 10, 1962 in Ventura County.  He is buried in the Blue Mountain Cemetery in Woody, Kern County.  His memorial can be found on the following link: Find-A-Grave Memorial
